TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- It is the client's responsibility to check the accuracy of all content including spelling, dates, times, telephone nos etc. Newline Design will not be held responsible for spelling errors, missing text, inaccurate dates, times, telephone numbers. etc.
- Clients must confirm (usually by email) that they are satisfied that jobs have been checked and are ready for production.
- Copies of all jobs will be held on file for future reference along with printed copies to be used in our portfolio.
- Payment is due as soon as possible and no more than 30 days after invoice is received.
- All design, layouts, drafts, visuals & printed material, remain the property of Newline Design until all invoices are paid in full.
- At no time will clients artwork be used for, or passed to a third party unless instructed by the client.
- The client holds full responsibility for any legal issues/expenses arising from use of photographs or images supplied directly by the client.
